Delivery & Returns

Changes and Returns

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product for up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). However, we can change or cancel an order right up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund. Any products returned including the documentation and original packaging must all be in a re-saleable condition.

Faulty Goods

if goods are found to be faulty we should be notified to discuss a return. After you have returned faulty items they will be inspected before a refund is applied, If the item is not deemed faulty upon inspection you will be charged return carriage at cost. 

Claims

If a product is damaged please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. If damaged in transport, any claim may not be entertained by the courier once the delivery has been accepted. Any package with visible damage must be noted to the courier who should advise what should be done to protect you in the event this has caused product damage.

Delivery Charges

We offer simple and straight forward charges for delivery. A flat charge of £5.95 for goods with a total value of under £50.00 and free shipping for a total orders over £50.00. If for some unlikely reason we are unable to deliver to your location you would be informed and an immediate refund applied.

The GYSFLASH 101.12 CNT is a CONNECTED, high-power, 100 A charger with inverter technology. It can maintain a 12 V lead or lithium battery at a perfectly stabilised voltage during the diagnostic process. It will deliver the best charging cycle recommended for the maintenance of the most advanced vehicles on the market. Its USB connectivity makes it 100% customisable.

 

FOUR OPERATING MODES

• Charging: for 12 V, lead or lithium (LFP) batteries from 5 -1,200 Ah.

• Diag + power supply: supports up to 100 A for 12 V batteries for vehicles in the diagnostic phase.

• Showroom power supply: provides the battery with current compensation when using a demonstration vehicle’s electrical accessories.

• Tester: allows you to check the state of the battery, evaluate the starting system (starter + battery) as well as the state of the vehicle’s alternator.

 

100% CONNECTED

• Add, delete or modify charging modes and profiles via a USB key.

• Import predefined configuration files adapted to the different charging applications.

• Retrieve the charging history and data on a USB key and use them on a spreadsheet.

• Connect additional modules (printer, barcode reader, etc.) via its dedicated module socket (SMC: Smart Module Connector).

 

AUTOMATIC CHARGING

• Extends the life and performance of lead (gel, AGM, liquid, calcium, etc.) and lithium (LFP) batteries.

• Specific eight-stage charging curve (lead battery) or nine-stage (lithium-iron phosphate battery) enabling autonomous charging.

• Recovers deeply discharged batteries >2 V (automatic SOS Recovery).

 

ADVANCED FEATURES

FV Flexible Voltage, the charger operates with a supply voltage between 85 - 265 V.

• The Auto-Detect feature automatically starts charging when a battery is connected to the charger.

• The Auto-Restart feature saves the settings in the event of a power failure.

• Cable inspection and calibration, the charger can receive cables up to 8 m in 16 mm².

• Its locking feature avoids the risk of improper handling, ideal for garages and exhibition halls.

• Up to 12 charging profiles available, including an Easy profile for simplified charging, suitable for all lead batteries.

 

SAFETY

Protects the vehicle’s on-board electronics: protects against short circuit, polarity reversal and overcharging. Spark prevention system.

• Interchangeable fuse which protects the charger against misuse.
